The heating mats can not be cut or altered in the field. Therefore, it is very important when determining size to verify that the mat(s) will not be impacted by any obstructions or penetrations.
Mats can not be overlapped
Keep heating mat a minimum of 6” from wax sealing rings
For Custom size Kits, provide Protecto Wrap with a sketch or drawing showing clear inside dimensions (wall to wall) of area to be covered and desired thermostat location(s). It is helpful to have information indicating locations of cabinets, islands, showers/tubs, toilets, doors, etc. included on the drawing.
